What We Do
Our Consumer Strategy division solves a wide range of business issues for clients, delivering answers to key strategic questions. Most of our work revolves around supporting revenue growth through proposition development, market entry or commercial optimisation of the customer experience. We not only assess consumer demand and needs, but we take into account the competitive landscape in order to develop truly differentiated propositions and experiences. In addition we work closely in partnership with clients to quantify the impact of our recommendations to the bottom line.
How We Do It
We use an extremely wide range of quantitative and qualitative research methods. We are also experts in statistical analysis, and have pioneered new proprietary modelling techniques. These deliver powerful insights from survey data and qualitative information sources, driving towards outputs and strategy.
